Associate

I was recruited through my school. KPMG filtered out first via our resumes and college transcripts. I was interviewd one on one by a Lead Partner on campus for Round 1. Round 1 was more behavioral and just going through my experience and relaxed. The Partner was very nice and a great interviewer so it felt more like a conversation then anything else and we ended up chatting over the scheduled time. I heard back that I was selected for Round 2 in less than a week. Round 2 was at the office I was being interviewed by (NYC). It was a full day event- I had a senior manager take me around for the day and escort me to my interview. Round 2 was also with a Lead Partner. This guy was not as easy to talk to as in Round 1 and he actually asked me some technical questions and grilled me on my background/experience and what I envisioned career-wise. I heard back from HR less than a week later that I was being offered a position and they sent me the details via email. I had 2 weeks to accept/reject the offier.
