Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1. Online Application form: Education, Work Experience, Couple of short sections (why Audit, why KPMG) 250words.
2. Online Tests : Numeracy, Verbal Reasoning, Situational Judgement
3. Competency based/ behavioural phone interview, lots of "give me a time when..." questions. A couple of situational judgement questions.
4. Assessment Day: Repeated Verbal reasoning test, E-Tray simulated office environment test, Written Report Test, 2 15 minute role plays - acting out a client meeting then a manager debrief.
5. Partner interview. Fairly relaxed, less competency, more fit. Still some competency stuff though. Easy enough depending on whether you can get on with the partner.
