Resume was forwarded by employee to hiring manager and recruiter. Had a prescreening 1-1 call with recruiter. Second interview was with hiring manager where mostly behavioral and technical skills were assessed. Next was invited to case presentation. Case was given 24hrs before the presentation time. After the presentation, recruiter got back 2 weeks later (after I sent an email asking for update) and told me I have been invited to the partner (final) round. Asked for my schedule to set up an interview. Scheduled the interview multiple times in the next two stating partner is not available. Then ghosted for 1.5 months more. After requesting for an update once again 2 months since the presentation, they let me know, they hired someone else.
