Interview process was quick, HR was very efficient. I received results the day after my interview. However in my case it's pretty unique as it was a last minute position that was opened up. Prep yourself adequately with knowledge of past m&a events, and be prepared to elaborate on your thoughts about them. Interviewer would also ask about various valuation techniques, and it will be good to understand and be able to walk your interviewer through a step by step process of the valuation technique.
Interview begins with a walk through of your resume, which is where you sell yourself to the interviewer in terms of your career interests and activities you have done in school towards your career goals.
Interviewer also looks out for people who are good with data research, and are familiar with Mergermarket, CapitalIQ, Bloomberg etc.
