1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After getting the referral, I had one on 1 Interview with the manager. Mix of fit and technical questions, relatively basic. He was a great guy, so most of the interview was a friendly chat. Very pleasent experience. All of the people I had contact with were okay to me, ready to help; the culture seemed OK.
Only one round of interview. My advice would be to be natural, frinedly oriented, and to have solid modelling (DCF) knowledge
