Financial Advisory Graduate Scheme

Filled in a simple application form. Then invited to take Situational Judgement Test. The recruiter gave me some advice for how to pass this test which I tried to follow. The test consisted of a number of scenarios with a video and a written explanation of the scenario. You had to choose which action you were "most likely" and "least likely" to take out of a list of options. I completed the test and waited for the results. The following morning, I received an email saying that my application form combined with the test result was "not strong enough" and that they would not be proceeding with my application.
