Go through an online process to get an interview. Then a people called you to fix the interview.
At the office, the duration of the interview is 30-1h.
During the interview, here is the interview process:
1- Description of our education
2- Description of our Leadership Skills
3- Company questions
4- Why you?
5- Do you want to add any other thing?
My advices : Be yourself and be confident. Don't try to invent some leadership experiences or skills. Be ready to speak about the company and especially the recent deals.
The people at the office are very shine and brilliant. They have some skills really developed : teamwork, will, ambition and patience.
