What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After sending all relevant documents I received a call after only one week. In the call we scheduled an appointment for an interview which already took place the week after the call.
The whole interview lasted about one hour and took place with a manager and an assistant manager. The interview started with questions concerning my past experiences and future aspirations, followed by my motivation. After the motivation they explicitly asked me about various methods and formulas for DCF valuations (The intern position was in the valuation department). Once they realized that my knowledge in this field was sufficient, they quickly changed the topic to when I would like to start, indirectly giving away that I will get the position.
