Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied on the website, then got sent the Pymetrics Test. After completing that, I was selected for an interview which consisted of two 30 minute interviews with a senior manager and partner. Before the interview, there was a pre-interview coffee chat with two associates. They asked questions just to get to know you. Overall the interview was easy, I got asked questions like tell me about yourself, walk me through your resume, Why KPMG?, why audit?, etc. The interview felt more like a friendly conversation. To get ready for the interview I would say that being able to answer behavioral interview questions such as describe a time you had a conflict with someone while working in a team and how did you handle it?
