1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After applying, I was reached by a recruiter to schedule select interview times with two partners. The interviews were two back-to-back 30 minute interviews that consisted of entirely behavioral questions (tell me about yourself, why KPMG, tell me about a time you worked with a difficult co-worker, etc.). I received an offer about a week after the interview.
