Please describe the interview / hiring process.
One on campus interview with a manger. Within 1 week of the on campus interview, received notice from recruiter that I would be invited to the office for a super day at the KPMG NY Office. The super day consisted of a informational session delivered by Human Resources. Two 15-20 minute interviews with Audit Partners. A lunch with associates. Followed by wrap us "sales pitch" by the lead partner of the office. Within 1 week I was told that I was extended an offer for an internship. After completion of the 10 week internship, I was extended a full time offer.
