Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied for a position as Intern in KPMG's Corporate Finance team. There was the typical numerical test and a KPMG-specific personality test. The numerical test was to be verified prior to the face-to-face interview. After the interview I got returned the KPMG personality test, with detailed explanation why I am / am not a good fit with KPMG. After those tests I received an email from the HR manager asking me to verify my preferred interview date.

The interview itself was with the HR manager and a member of the deal team. Very behavioural and fit-related with only some technical questions. Some brain teasers in between just to check your common sense and ability to talk through a problem. Within a day they got back to me.
