Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Two back to back thirty minutes interviews for a international tax position. The interview was not technical at all. Instead, the interviewers focused on why I was interested in Tax, my potential fit with the firm, and other types of behavioral questions. Looking up KPMG behavioral questions on Reddit and other websites online was very helpful to prepare.
