Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The overall interview process was quite smooth. Started off by applying online and had to complete the basic BIG4 online tests. Nothing difficult about it if you spend your time preparing.
After couple of months was contacted again by the HR for a follow up interview. The interview process (skype call) was mostly related to behavioural questions, e.g. tell me about yourself, what are your goals; do you prefer to work in a group or alone; how do you deal with stress and etc.
After that had a skype phone interview with a manager, had a little bit more technical questions mostly related to accounting, e.g. how is IS structured (stuff like that); what are other ways of checking the inventory at the year end? (inventory count).
A week later or so got a phone call from HR saying they've got an offer for me.
Also note that I was applying while studying abroad, thus people applying while being physically near sure count for a 1:1 interview at the office.
