Heard from campus recruiting about this program. Applied through campus and it was just one behavioral interview. Discover Program is a 2-day event where you are put up in hotel (Ritz Carlton for mine) then activities in the office. Networking events also included dinner and brewery tour.
In-office events included case competition (randomly assigned to a team with students from other schools), interviews, panel with national leadership partners, and cool events.
Interview was laid back and relaxing. Fundamental questions on resume and we talked about study abroad for 15 of the 30 minutes.
