Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was fortunate enough to go to a KPMG office visit. During the office visit, the professionals talked about two programs that students can apply for. Once I got the QR code, I applied online. Later, I got a phone interview. Finally, I got a virtual super day (was supposed to be in person but COVID). Overall the process was long but not difficult IMO. For the Embark internship, it’s purely behavioral. Also there were some questions on what’s happening (market) that interests me. One thing I did, was try and show that I did my research. Whenever I could, I mentioned something I read about the firm or a conversation I had with an employee or even the firms CEO. One thing with the BIG 4 is that they love to promote their work culture; mentioning things that they do to set them apart- culture wise- will set you apart.
