Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first round was a HR interview to understand my cultural fit and motivation. Generic questions including why KPMG SG, why XX department attracts me, and behavioral questions on team working ability and relationship management experience.
The second round was a technical interview with director. It started with an understanding on some relevant experience. I was also assessed on some business knowledge e.g. how corporate and SMEs differ from each other in implementing digital solution. I was then given a case study on profitability optimisation. Materials like financial statement and some key data are provided to test analytical skill.
