First a personality test followed by online numerical and verbal reasoning tests had to be completed. Was then invited to a 1-on-1 telephone interview which lasted 60 mins covering competency based questions, situational judgement, business acumen and understanding of the role applied for as well as KPMG. Was then invited to an 'immersive' assessment center which started with an analysis task, then an etray exercise as well as two simulated client and manager mock meetings. Finally was invited to a final partner interview. The first 10 minutes consisted of me presenting to a partner a specific company and ways KPMG's advisory services could aid said company. This then followed on to a strengths based interview along with business acumen questions.
