Applied via my professor, who knew the recruiter - she forwarded my application to the Valuation dep, as the HR doesn't decide much in the T&R branche of KPMG.
Then I had a short interview with one of my now-managers, who is responsible for personnel in our department and he invited me to a personal interview with himself and another senior manager. The personal interview consisted of of general and technical questions - some were about my past projects, some about future plans and ofc. why KPMG and why this department.
Got the call that they want to hire me on the next day.
