Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process began with a Situational Judgement test, which was tougher than expected. Apparently most people failed on one question (HINT- if in doubt, don't say anything that involves going straight to the client- go through someone within your firm first). Then there were online tests (easier than usual- only scored in 68th percentile on numerical and 72nd on verbal and received offer). This was followed by a phone interview- all questions readily available on the internet. Finally, there was a virtual office style assessment centre, with retests.
