Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I went through the CPA recruit at my school. I formed relationships with KPMG representatives in various roles including, previous interns, managers, partners, etc. Through networking, as well as an application process, I was given the opportunity to interview with the firm in its Enterprise practise. After a 30 mins interview which felt more conversational than a pure interview, I was called back less than a week later and was given a second round interview. The second round interview consisted of 1 hour with 2 partners and lunch with two senior accountants which was then followed up with an office tour and it was concluded with a senior manager.
