The interview is divided into two parts, self-introduction, and group interview. Self-introduction was limited to 1 minute. Self-introduction is divided into three main parts. First, personal information, this part mainly introduces personal name and educational background. Secondly, personal deeds and the qualities behind them. Thirdly, the company's aspirations and the fit between the company and oneself.
There were six people in the group interview, three managers were observing and recording our performance, and the content of the case was about a company called happy noodles, the discussion time was 30 minutes‼️, no presentation and no self-introduction
