1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First interview with a senior experienced team member, mainly focused on technical questions related to accounting, auditing, and financial knowledge. The discussion was structured and aimed at testing my technical fundamentals as well as my reasoning skills with practical cases.
Second interview with an experienced manager, in a more open and personal atmosphere. The conversation focused more on my motivation, my background, and my ability to fit into the team, with a genuine interest in getting to know me better.
