Tax Intern

I started talking with recruiters whose contact information I found online during my sophomore year. Then I meet with them when I was home over winter break, in a very informal session. Then I had a formal interview with them in May of my junior year for an internship position the following winter (during busy season). The interview was largely behavioral questions as well as why I was interested in accounting and the different tax practices. The office culture seemed very friendly but also very focused on work. People I interviewed with discussed various social activities at the office.
