What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Career Fair: 1 HR interview (behavioral), 1 Interview with M.D. (technical + behavioral) of about 20 minutes
Called to final round in the office.
4 rounds of interviews with Partner/M.D./Sr. Manager of 30 minutes
- 2 behavioral: common behavior questions, also asked about what news/markets I follow - ended up talking about the Chinese economy and how it could impact the U.S. market in the future
- 2 technical: What is DCF? What is WACC? What is an interest rate? If a bond is paying x% coupon and yielding y%, is it at premium/discount?
- brain teaser: question about angle between clock arms (not hard, but need to be calm and solve systematically)
Got the offers two days after final round.
