The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I applied online and the process lasted approximately 2 months. It consisted first of 3 online tests (logical, numerical and verbal). If done correctly, you had to do a recorded online video interview, that consisted of 9 behavioural questions. Finally, the assessment centre with an interview lasting 15min and a group project with a presentation.
Interview Questions
What does ownership mean to you?
When have you showed ownership?
Tell us about a time you failed?
Present yourself?
Why us?
Do you have any questions?
The group project was a case study on one of their products. Had a lot of calculations and mathematics required to do it, hence it can be a handicap for people who are doing non mathematical degrees. Had to present our results in front of approximately 20 people, judging you on your ability to speak in public.
You were also tested on how you led the group during the workings.

Interview
After completing on-line tests (3 tests - quantitative, logical and personality) I was invited to have a phone interview with the HR. It was roughly 30 minutes. Pretty simple one - first, I had to walk the lady through my CV. Then she asked me Why Kraft Heinz? and What I knew about the company (it's important to emphasize here that you believe in Meritocracy as a corporate culture). In the end she explained the role in more detail and told me how the hiring process would go on from there.
Unfortunately, several days later she called me again and told me that they've filled the position with an internal candidate and offered me another position, which she said was very similar. After she sent me a detailed JD, I withdrew my application as the position involved more accounting (in-depth knowledge of local GAAP).
Interview Questions
Nothing truly unexpected. You have to know company's philosophy and you MUST know who are company's owners!
Know what meritocracy is and you have to be able to explain how you think you will cope with working in such environment.
Be prepared to give more details about your past experience and tell about your achievements in each place.
If you are applying outside Netherlands or have recently moved to Netherlands, expect to be asked for the reasons why (generic answers, such as 'For personal reasons' won't be enough, you'll have to tell some more details).
