The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I first had an on campus interview with one of the analysts who asked very basic technical questions (e.g., walk me through valuation techniques) and a few fit questions (e.g., why banking, walk me through your resume, etc.). I then had a "super day" where I came in with a few other interviewees and interviewed with three other managing directors and the one analyst I previously spoke with. At this point, almost all of the questions were exclusively fit / behavioral questions. Two weeks later I received a formal offer from them. Overall, the process was pretty seamless and everyone I met was very nice and seemed to really focus on just getting to know me. In general potential analysts just need to make sure they know their basic technicals, but also have a good reason / flow that starts at your resume and ends with why you would want to work here / in Atlanta.
Interview Questions
I think the most "difficult" was asking me why KSCA? I was also asked other variants of why Atlanta and why not go to NYC for investment banking. I had struck out at other firms in full time recruiting, so I had to find out a way around that and prove that I wasn't simply a second tier candidate (even though at the time I realistically was). I think the other candidates struggled with this question as they weren't from Atlanta / based off their resumes they clearly were shooting to work in NYC at larger firms.

IQ / Intelligence Test
Interview
I lost my job during a division-wide layoff by a middle-market bank in Atlanta. One of the MDs introduced me to me to a few of his contacts. There was an immediate need to bring in an analyst who could hit the ground running so I met with the two partners, a VP, an Associate, two analysts, and then took the wonderlic test. The final step in the process was to grab drinks with one the analyst at a bar for fit.
Interview Questions
The questions were all fairly common and straight forward. How do you value a company? Have you used S&P Capital IQ before? Bloomberg? Tell me about your experience researching companies and industries? Walk me through your past deals. Have you written a CIM? What did your CIMs looks like (Word vs PowerPoint)? What was the process of writing a CIM? Talk me through your involvement in due diligence. What did you use for data rooms? What was your previous client involvement in data room construction? In get questions answered during due diligence? How many deals would your previous team work on at a time? What are your long-term career goals?
