Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I first had an on campus interview with one of the analysts who asked very basic technical questions (e.g., walk me through valuation techniques) and a few fit questions (e.g., why banking, walk me through your resume, etc.). I then had a "super day" where I came in with a few other interviewees and interviewed with three other managing directors and the one analyst I previously spoke with. At this point, almost all of the questions were exclusively fit / behavioral questions. Two weeks later I received a formal offer from them. Overall, the process was pretty seamless and everyone I met was very nice and seemed to really focus on just getting to know me. In general potential analysts just need to make sure they know their basic technicals, but also have a good reason / flow that starts at your resume and ends with why you would want to work here / in Atlanta.
