Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone screen with an associate followed by a superday in Denver. Flew us out the day before to have dinner. Day of the interview was meeting with 6 professionals, from associate to partner. Questions centered on my deal experience and were all pretty standard. Modeling test was administered and was pretty much "build an LBO in a blank excel". Seemed like a good culture, but definitely a "type" for who they hire as associate.
