Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online and was reached out to over email to start the interview process. The process included 2 phone interviews with 2 employees (1st with 2 associates and 2nd with associate and VP). Interview questions were a mix of technical and behavioral. They wanted to know about my background with research and quantitative analysis as well as my understanding of secondaries and vanilla PE concepts. The superday involved 6 30-min interviews with 2 people each. They were split into behavioral, technical, and case study interviews. Heard back about an offer within a week.
