Interview
I applied online and was reached out to over email to start the interview process. The process included 2 phone interviews with 2 employees (1st with 2 associates and 2nd with associate and VP). Interview questions were a mix of technical and behavioral. They wanted to know about my background with research and quantitative analysis as well as my understanding of secondaries and vanilla PE concepts. The superday involved 6 30-min interviews with 2 people each. They were split into behavioral, technical, and case study interviews. Heard back about an offer within a week.
Interview Questions
There were some technical questions about how secondaries transactions are structured. It's difficult to prep for these as there aren't a lot of materials online for this. I just read up on news and various documents I found through Google.

Interview
The interview process started with a phone interview by one of the deal team members. The questions were mostly focused on why secondaires and why Landmark. After the first round, I was invited to the super day at their CT office. This consisted of 5 back-to-back interviews. The questions varied by interview, such that each one had a different theme to it. This included 2-3 technical rounds, with the rest being fit question. Received the offer about 2 weeks after the super day interview.
Interview Questions
The hardest questions were around the secondaires space. Also, there were quite a few brain teasers, including market sizing questions like how many gas stations are in the US.

Interview
After applying, there was two rounds of phone interviews followed by a writing sample submission and then a virtual superday. The night before the superday they had a virtual meet and greet where interviewees could chat with employees and ask questions about the firm.
Interview Questions
If you could invest in the performance of a private equity fund, how would you value their earning potential and growth opportunities? How do they make money?

If you assigned a beta to these types of investments in private equity funds, which would have a higher beta of two identical firms, one with low management fees and high carry or one with high management fees and low carry?

Interview
Pretty straight forward. They posted about the job on Handshake, I applied and then got a first round.

Interview was 2 on 1. Asked why PE, why secondaries but mostly an aptitude test with a market sizing question and brainteasers.
Interview Questions
Know a recent PE deal and why a company would make for a good acquisition, and give an example. Nothing in depth about it.

Phone Interview
Interview
Series of phone interviews. First call was a general conversation that went over my resume. Seemed like they use the first call to weed out anyone they don't want to waste their time on moving forward. From there they schedule four phone calls with different people at the firm to see if different people/departments think you would be a good fit. Once that is complete you go in for a face to face meeting at their office.
Interview Questions
Two strengths and one weakness about yourself. What are you doing to improve that particular weakness?
