Asset Analyst

Recruiter contacted me about two weeks after applying online to schedule phone interview. Subsequently emailed me to schedule additional phone interviews with team. I had a total of four phone interviews (recruiter, analyst, Managing Director, SVP). I was an out-of-town candidate, so I do not know if this was typical but then again everyone I talked to were each in different cities.

I realized I did not get the job prior to being notified because the day after my fourth phone interview, the job description was updated requiring more work experience (3-5 years). When I initially talked to the recruiter she told me I could not qualify for the position if I had over two years of experience because it is an entry level position. I did receive an email about a week after the last interview saying they were going to continue their search. Positive experience.
