Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview was quite standard for the IB / PE world, but less technical. Maybe this was because I was interviewing for a VP role, but not sure if this is true also at Analyst / Associate level. In any case, they leave the more technical part to the following steps of the interview: excell modelling test and Q&A based on it.
Basiclly, the structure is as follow:
-A presentation from the interviewer of the Firm
-a drive through your CV
-a lot of motivational questions and real work examples on how you performed in you professional career (e.g. tell me an example were you learned quickly).
The heart of the interview is understanding your skills, what you have done and motivation for joining the platform (my case was the debt and special situation).
