Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Send in resume. Then network with a few bankers but Lazard is typically low touch. Received an invitation for a first-round phone call that lasted 30 minutes and basically discussed my resume and finance experience. A day or so after the interview I received an email with an invitation for a super day in a few days. The super day consisted of 3 30 minute interviews and discussed my resume, why Lazard, macroeconomic trends, and valuation technicals.
