Intern

It was basically get everyone in the team to approve you. Since it's a quite small team it really depends on who you are interviewing with. The techs were not hard and most of the time they are just checking if you have passion for MA and Lazard. The HR is very professional and nice. The trick is to be nice and smart. BTW, though I said I didn't really know MA deal nor had any experience they still accepted me, guess it was not that rough for intern.
