interview was first round so it was just for a general position. I believe in the next rounds they would ask for specific placement like investment management or client relations

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview was pretty straight forward and was conducted at a recruiting event. There were two interviewers who both weren't in HR but from other parts of the company. The questions were all behavioral since it was a first round draft interview and were pretty straight forward. It only lasted about 30 minutes total.
