Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied thorough career service received an email to set up a phone interview. Stared with a phone interview consisting of primarily behavioral questions. Then was given a PI assessment (IQ) to complete. Was called into the office for an in-person interview between 3 people (Compliance, HR, and Senior Research Analyst) all 1 on 1. Compliance and HR were mostly fit questions and resume questions. With the Senior Research Analyst it was more technical testing what I know and what I will be working on, a lot on portfolio optimization and research. Was called with offer and asked to be screened/fingerprinted per FINRA guidelines.
