Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I became connected to some employees at Lincoln through an externship program I did. The culture of the firm was very friendly, so I decided to apply for a summer internship position with the firm. I participated in an on campus interview with a representative from the firm who was very friendly and laid back. Mostly behavioral questions were asked to determine your fit for the openings that they currently have.
