Receive a referral interview process started roughly a month after the referral interview consists of a first phone screen then a cognitive test which you receive 10 minutes to complete a handful of questions and you have to achieve a 70% accuracy then is a technical test where you are provided case interview where you conduct a relative evaluation analysis based off of the data that they provide then is the super day where you have four back-to-back conversations ranging from associates that you will be working with your hiring manager, the manager director and analysts
