Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interview was fairly standard, round 1 with HR and fit/behavioral questions. After that they have you do a personality assessment test and a logic test each were about an hour in length. Only thing was the personality test questions were sometimes vague and while you weren't supposed to try answering how you thought they wanted you to, sometimes worried my answer would be misinterpreted. Logic test was nothing IB or finance related, a ton of pattern matching type questions (i.e. next number in this series, which image would come next in this series of cards, etc.) along with word association X is to Y as A is to __ fill in the blank from a set list of choices. After that did a super day with 8 people with the majority being experience, behavioral, and culture fit questions. Only 1 of those sets of interviews was a tech test, with the same questions you can find in any IB interview guide. Then received a decision within a week.
