Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Two very informal phone calls; first one was with a first-year analyst on the team, second interview was with a VP. Questions were mainly to get to know you and see if you are a good fit with the culture. Relaxed, non-technical. Opportunity to ask them questions i.e. why Lincoln, what do you like best about your job... etc. If given the chance for the initial phone call, be sure to ask a few questions that you can use to support your answer to the almost guaranteed "Why Lincoln" question in later interviews.
