Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had 2 phone short phone screens. I had a super day after that. The first phone screen was super easy. The 2nd phone was tougher with a case study type format. He created a fake situation and asked me questions about what a company would do to merger or cover downsides, what kind of risk, etc.
The super day was 4 30 minute interviews all 2 on 1 format. Some of the people I met were just..idk (all nice people) but some were just "off" or different. I didn't face this with the ANY of the other companies I met.
