What did the interview consist of?

1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Zoom interview with an associate for 1 hour. Personal fit & technicals. Technicals were very basic, 3 statement analysis, EV-Equity bridge, Multiples, DCF and M&A process. 400QS are sufficient for preparation. If you did no M&A internship before, focus on the M&A process and the marketing documents for your preparation.
Second interview is 1 hour with HR. Basic personal fit questions:
- Why do you want to work for Lincoln?
- Why investment banking?
- What have you learned from your internships before? What can you apply to M&A?
