Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Standard MBA recruiting timeline. Started with an on-campus presentation, followed up with phone calls and coffee chats with associates, VPs, and eventually some MDs. Submitted an application and completed a Koru-like personality screener. This consisted of 200+ behavioral questions and then 25 quantitative questions (quick math, pattern recognition, etc). Superday consisted of 5 interviews from MDs down to analysts (usually in groups of 2). Most were fit questions but did get 20 minutes of technicals (valuation, accounting, walk me through a sell-side M&A, accretion/dilution). Overall it was a great experience. Lincoln places a super high premium on fit and seemed to care very little about technical knowledge.
