Please describe the interview / hiring process.
On-Campus career fair where I got to meet a few employees, networked well during the following months and then an on-campus interview. Because I had another Superday I was unable to make it to their on-campus recruiting and had to do a phone call instead which definitely put me at a disadvantage. Structure was two on one (Associate and Analyst) and was surprisingly technical.
They seemed relatively disorganized but did get back to me within 48 hours regarding whether or not I made it to the next round.
