Please describe the interview / hiring process.
OVerall, it was a super quick and easy process. Not too technical and has a huge emphasis on culture. The firm are very culture-oriented and want to bring onboard interns that will fit in, but will also be able to contribute. They provide WSP if you get an offer, and then it is up to you - if you put the work in, they will give you more complex tasks. If not, then they won't and you will coast and not be asked to do much. I had a great experience and would highly recommend applying, even if you come from a non-finance background!
