Summer Analyst

The process for me saw a behavioral call followed by a technical round and then a superday. The rounds were certainly more fit based rather than based off of technicals. Meeting everyone was kind, and they clearly laid out process, who they were looking for, and why interns should consider joining them. There was quick turn arounds in between each round. Superday consisted of multiple rounds meeting with either one person or pairs.
