Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was contacted after my online submission and scheduled for a 1 on 1 interview with HR. The conversation was pretty light. Mostly basic questions about why I was interested in Lincoln and how I ended up in the IB space. I think this initial interview was more about if I was a behavioral fit for Lincoln. After this I had a schenduled 30 minute Zoom call with an associate who grilled me about technicals which I admit I was underprepared for. Tough interview, be prepared. I would have spent more time studying FCF/DCF modeling.
