Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I networked my way into the bank with around 5 different phone calls, one of which was with the head of talent acquisition. A week after speaking with him, he called me to invite me to a superday with them. They don't really do first round interviews during the spring. So, you really need to network and talk to a bunch of people in the bank to get an invitation. The superday consisted of 7, 30 minute long interviews with analysts, associates, a director, an MD, and the HR guy. Lincoln is really focused on fit rather than technicals because they really want to continue their reputation of having an incredible culture.
