Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied Online. Passed the online test and then had a 30minute online interview with an associate, which was purely motivational.
There was then a superday, which consisted of a group case study on a sell-side mandate, followed by a presentation to two members of the team of the work we had completed. Following this case study, there was a 45 minute interview, covering technicals, market knowledge and motivation for the role.
